Job Description

The Director of Sales – North Zone is responsible for achieving the company’s annual sales plan for the named territory by executing on forecast SaaS revenue in healthcare organizations including IDNs, Radiology Groups, Academic Medical Centers, and Oncology networks within the western zone of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Execute SaaS sales plan to achieve company goals.
• Increase X-Ray and CT SaaS sales by developing relationships with direct target markets by calling on distributors/channel partners, end users, IDNs, Radiology Groups, Academic Medical Centers, and Oncology networks.
• Support the distributor/channel partner sales process by providing sales, clinical and technical assistance as well as joint sales calls as necessary.
• Monitor the execution of sales plans and report on sales activities, sales volume, sales forecast, market acceptance, customer retention, market issues/concerns, growth opportunities, and competition.
• Attend sales functions and trade shows on behalf of the company when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience (preferably 7 to 10) in radiology sales in the healthcare industry selling capital equipment and medical software. Preferably sales experience with manufacturers of radiology capital imaging or medical information technology (PACS).
• Experience in selling SaaS based solutions is preferred.
• Experience in a start-up environment in medical devices and/or medical imaging software is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and highly influential.
