Regional Sales Manager
Position Summary: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales activities within your designated region (North East, Mid-West, South, or West). Initially, you will work independently without a team of sales representatives, focusing on establishing a strong market presence and customer base. You will leverage your technical solutions expertise in a B2B setting to build lasting partnerships and ensure the success of both the company and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Regional Sales Plans: Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the specific needs and opportunities of your region.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the Company at Regional Trade Shows and Events: Act as a company ambassador, promoting our products and values at industry events.
- Utilize CRM Systems: Develop and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce or Oracle to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Teach, Tailor, and Take Control: Employ the Challenger Sales approach to educate customers, customize solutions to their needs, and confidently guide them through the sales process.
- Drive Sales from Start to Finish: Enjoy the full sales cycle, from prospecting and initial contact to closing deals and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: BA in Business, Communication, Engineering, or Data Science.
- Sales Experience: Proven success in selling technical solutions in a B2B setting.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong ability to build and maintain lasting partnerships with customers.
- Strategic Thinking and Adaptability: Ability to develop and adjust strategies based on market conditions and customer needs.
