Job Summary: An Outside Sales Representative at our company plays a vital role in our growth and success by spearheading efforts to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. This pivotal role requires a thorough understanding of the Track Selling System. It entails reaching or surpassing sales volume targets, closing sales from generated leads, nurturing new business relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This involves diligently following up on marketing leads, providing prospective customers with precise quotes, effectively promoting our roofing services, identifying self-generated sales leads, and collaborating closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation:

  1. Conduct on-site assessments and provide accurate, detailed quotes to homeowners as potential clients.
  2. Using persuasive abilities and selling skills and convert quotes into committed sales contracts
  3. Create self-generated sales leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts.
  4. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our target market area.

  1. Number of sales contracts closed
  2. Number of open quotes
  3. Conversion rate of leads followed up on, resulting in closed sales contracts

  1. Customer Relationship Management:

  2. Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners as prospects to understand their roofing needs.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
